Air Receiver Tank manufacturer

Air receiver tanks are designed to provide a supply shield to meet short-term demand spikes that can exceed the compressor capacity. They also serve to dampen reciprocating compressor pulsations, separate out particles and liquids, and make the compressed air system easier to control. In some cases, installing a larger air receiver tank to meet occasional peak demands can even allow for the use of a smaller compressor. These air receivers offered by us are known to maintain the air pressure to create a comfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, the offered range is available in different customized specifications, so as to meet the diverse requirements of valued customers. Owing to their easy maintenance, elegant designs  and high efficiency.

An important role of an air receiver is to equalize the pressure differences from the compressor’s on-off cycle. When the air compressor is switched on the pressure is high, and when it shuts off and air is depleted from the system the pressure reduces. By maintaining a constant supply of air at a constant pressure, an air receiver acts as a pressure regulating machine. This helps to keep the pressure stable during the shift from high to low pressure as air is exhausted and equally from low to high pressure as the compressor turns on.

Air receivers are an important part of your compressor system and it is an important to turn to the experts in all aspects of air receiver tank service, maintenance, sales and installation.
